Diplomacy and Foreign Policy
- Gain insights into the practice of diplomacy, the formulation of foreign policy, and the dynamics of international negotiations.
Global Economic Policy
- Explore the intersections of economics and international relations, including trade policies, economic development, and financial systems.
The MIR program includes core courses, specialisation electives, and a capstone project. Core courses cover essential topics such as:

To be considered for the MIR program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Work Experience: Relevant professional experience in international relations or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Transcripts: Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
- Letters of Recommendation: Two letters of recommendation from academic or professional references.
- Statement of Purpose: A personal statement outlining your career goals and how the MIR program aligns with them.
- Resume/CV: A current resume or curriculum vitae.
- Standardized Test Scores: GRE scores may be required for some applicants.
- Language Proficiency: For non-native English speakers, TOEFL or IELTS scores are required.
